The Process

The design process begins the minute you decide to contact Straightline Landscaping. We have designed a series of questions that our appointment coordinator will ask you during your first contact with our company.

We believe it is important to gather as much information to provide our qualified landscape designers with before the first appointment is ever made. We will ask you:

• What your project entails
• If you have any specific likes and dislikes (i.e. colors, plants, hardscapes, etc.)
• Your particular budget for the project
• Copy of a plat of survey to give to designer

We believe strongly in obtaining a budget from our clients before the appointment is made. While we understand that you may not know labor or materials cost, we at Straightline Landscaping view your landscape project a little different than most. We believe that when you decide to either design a completely new landscape, or enhance the existing one, it is an investment you are making in your home. We want to provide you with a beautiful landscape design that is within the budget you have pre-determined. No landscape is too small and we are also able to provide a ”Master Design” that can be phased in over time.

The next step after information is gathered is to schedule an appointment with one of our landscape designers. Our staff of designers are fully trained and highly qualified in the landscape field. Their years of experience will provide you with the knowledge and expertise that you deserve.

Once the designer meets with you, he/she will begin the process of your design. We usually allow a 1-3 week turn around time, depending on the specifics of the project. Once the design is completed, we will contact you to schedule a second appointment. At this time, the design and pricing information is presented to you. We believe that this is the most efficient way for both our clients and our staff. We are always available during the process for questions or concerns. Remember, you, our clients, are our greatest value.
